    Q: What size should I purchase?
    What size should I purchase?

    A: At Lili Aurora we recommend you purchase the size you were before becoming pregnant. Some of the brands we stock have their own sizing system and this information will always be included in the sizing drop down box. For example, a size Small for some labels is equivalent to a size 8-10 and for others it may be a straight 10. Always check the information included in brackets next to the size option to help you make your final decision. Remember that if you are the proud mum-to-be of twins or triplets you may need to consider purchasing a larger size to your pre-pregnancy size in order to cater for your blooming figure.

    A: Simply shop on-line at www.liliaurora.com.au and use the secure shopping cart facility to make your order. Alternatively, you can email an order to us at sales@liliaurora.com.au. Finally, if you prefer, you can call us on 02 8509 5533 and make your purchase over the phone.

    A: At Lili Aurora, if the item is in stock, we will endeavour to process your order immediately upon receipt of payment. The product page will always specify whether or not the item is in stock.

    Do you offer a gift wrapping service?

    A: Yes. Lili Aurora will happily gift wrap your order and include a complimentary gift tag where your message can be included. Simply add $3.50 to your payment total and include your message in the comment box when checking out.

    Q: How will I know if my order has been placed?
    How will I know if my order has been placed?

    A: Once you have placed your order on-line you will be emailed a confirmation invoice. This invoice will include all relevant information. If you have placed your order via phone or email, you will also receive a confirmation email.

    Q: Can you custom write a message to accompany my gift?
    Can you custom write a message to accompany my gift?

    A: Yes, if you are choosing to have an item gift wrapped you can request for a custom message to be written that will accompany your present. Simply choose the gift wrapping option and request 'custom message' in the comments field during checkout. Include all relevant information such as who the recipient is, your relationship to them and the occasion and our professional writer, Karina, will custom write a message to suit.

    A: No, you do not need a Paypal account. You simply complete the checkout process, choose the Paypal payment option and you will be redirected to a secure form hosted by Paypal.

    A: At Lili Aurora we accept the following payment methods:

    - Direct Deposit (For Australian customers)

    Simply deposit payment into Lili Aurora's bank account.

    - Cheques (In Australian Dollars)

    Cheques should be made out to 'Lili Aurora' and posted to PO Box 255 Banksia NSW 2216.

    Make a payment on-line using your credit card. During the checkout process there will be an option to pay by Paypal. Choose this option and you will be redirected to a secure server hosted by Paypal.

    A: No, not at all. When paying by credit card you are redirected to a secure server on-line. Lili Aurora does not at any time have access to your credit card details. Payments are made via Paypal and are kept secure at all times.

    How will my order be delivered?

    A: At Lili Aurora we offer free shipping for all orders of $150 or more within Australia. Orders under this amount will be charged a flat shipping rate of $7.50 Australia wide. Orders within Australia will be sent via Australia Post or Express Post. Delivery to all major cities should normally be within 48 hours of receipt of payment.

    What is your exchange and refund policy?

    A: At Lili Aurora we are happy to exchange or refund any full-priced unused item that has been returned in its ORIGINAL condition within 7 days of purchase. Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags still attached. Items that have been worn, are marked, or have any odour will not be accepted for return or refund.

    Sale items- Lili Aurora will happily exchange or offer a credit note for sale items as long as the items meet the above criteria. Refunds will not be given on sale items unless the item is faulty.

    Lili Aurora aims to keep all customers 100% happy with their purchase so do not hesitate to contact us should you have any questions.

    What do I do if i'd like to request an exchange or refund?

    A: If you'd like to request an exchange or refund please call the office on 02 8509 5533 during business hours. Alternatively, you can email us at sales@liliaurora.com.au. All requests must be made within 5 days of receiving the item.

    Am I required to pay for the shipping charges incurred during an exchange or refund?

    A: Yes. The customer is required to pay for all return postage costs if they have requested an exchange or refund. In the case of a refund, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to Lili Aurora. If you purchased an item/s using our 'free shipping offer' (orders of $150 or more) then a flat rate of $7.50 will be deducted from the refund in order to pay for original postage costs. In the case of an exchange, the customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us and of the cost of posting the 'exchanged' item out. A flat rate of $7.50 will be charged Australia wide.

    A: Should we ever make such an error, Lili Aurora will pay for the cost of posting out the correct order and send a reply paid satchel for the customer to return the incorrect goods in. We do though endeavour to be as careful as possible to ensure we do not make such an error.
